1. Where is the 2-in-1 USB receiver?

The combo share a USB receiver, which is located in the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse.

2. What should I do if the keys are stuck?

Please confirm whether the computer still displays typing, in this case, remove out the keycap and allow the membrane in the dimple to spring back.

5. How long does it take to enter sleep mode? How do I wake up from sleep mode?

If idle for 10 minutes, the keyboard and mouse will enter sleep mode. Just double-click any key to wake it up.

NOTE: You can turn off the keyboard and mouse when not in use for an extended period of time.
